Refunds and returns

KRAP Invaders tickets are bought on iscrizioni.krapinvaders.com. They are personal and give access to the edition stated at the time of purchase. The organiser is KRAP ASD APS.

Right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to KRAP Invaders tickets: they are a leisure service for a specific date, which the law excludes from withdrawal (Art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, and Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU). So once you have bought a ticket, you cannot cancel it simply by changing your mind; the options are the ones below.

If you can’t come anymore: change of name

You can pass your ticket to another person with KRAP membership. Write to us at info@krapinvaders.com with the new name by the day before the event.

Apart from this, a ticket that goes unused is not refunded. For special situations write to us anyway: we look at each case individually.

If we cancel the event

If KRAP ASD APS cancels the event, you get a full refund of everything you paid for the ticket, including any Satispay or PayPal fee.

• We refund using the same method you paid with (bank transfer, Satispay or PayPal).
• We do it within 14 days of the day we announce the cancellation.
• We let you know at the email address you used to sign up. If we need your bank details for a transfer, we will ask you for them.

If the event is postponed or moved

If the event moves to another date or another place, your ticket remains valid for the new date with no need to do anything. If you can’t make the new date, you can ask for a full refund by writing to info@krapinvaders.com before the new date: we refund you in the same way and within the same time as for a cancellation.

Weather

With bad weather the event goes ahead anyway, with whatever is possible: the programme can be shortened, move indoors (for example to the Krapannone) or change its timetable. This is not a cancellation, so tickets are not refunded.

Membership

To take part you need KRAP membership, which includes the UISP membership and insurance; it is managed by the association’s system on krapannone.com. The membership fee is not refundable, not even if the event is cancelled: it covers the whole sports season and all the association’s activities, not just KRAP Invaders.
